Hire options at a glance

All our spaces are fully equipped with modern conferencing technology.

Visitor Centre: 60 capacity seated in rows or 35 capacity cabaret style in our presentation/ training area. Includes break-out space in the heart of our centenary exhibition with private access to our outdoor terrace and poppy/ wreath-making area.

Boardroom: 22 capacity boardroom style or larger capacity seated layout.

Meeting rooms: 6 seater and 4 seater capacity.

Larger events: 50+ capacity, please get in touch to discuss.

All room hire bookings have the option of including a poppy or wreath-making icebreaker as part of your day.

Catering

Filter coffee and tea refreshments can be arranged alongside freshly baked cakes and pastries from our in house artisan baker 7Marvels. We also offer a bespoke breakfast buffet for those early starts! Richmond has a wide selection of well-established local lunch providers- we can assist with collection/ delivery on the day of your event.

Parking

For members of your group unable to travel by public transport we can reserve a small number of parking spaces on site at the factory. Pay and display car parking facilities are available at The Old Deer Park, Richmond (TW9 2RA), around 15 minutes’ walk from the venue and accessible from the A316. There are also NCP car parks available in Richmond town centre, around 10 minutes’ walk. A full list of local car park options in Richmond can be found here.

Local Hotels

There are a number of local hotels 10 minutes’ walk away including Travel Lodge, Richmond Hill Hotel and Richmond Harbour Hotel.
