Westminster Abbey Field of Remembrance

We organise the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey every November to commemorate those who have lost their lives in the Armed Forces.

On the 11th November 2021 our Patron, HRH The Duchess of Cornwall opened our 93rd Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey.

The field is open from 11th to 21st November and everyone is welcome to go and pay their respects.

It was an honour to invite HRH, The Duchess of Cornwall to once again lay a personal cross of Remembrance this year, just two days after visiting the The Poppy Factory and meeting veterans in our production team.

This year a total of 308 plots have been laid out in the names of military associations and other organisations. Remembrance crosses and symbols are provided so that ex-Service men and women, as well as members of the public, can plant a symbol in memory of fallen comrades and loved ones.

A video walk-through of the Field of Remembrance 2021 is on it's way.
