Westminster Abbey Field of Remembrance

We organise the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey every November to commemorate those who have lost their lives in the Armed Forces.

On the 4th November 2020 our Patron, HRH The Duchess of Cornwall opened our annual Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey.

To ensure the safety of visitors and staff the Field will not be open to the public this year. We have created a virtual tour of Remembrance plots which can be viewed above.

This year a total of 308 plots have been laid out in the names of military associations and other organisations. Remembrance crosses and symbols are provided so that ex-Service men and women, as well as members of the public, can plant a symbol in memory of fallen comrades and loved ones.
