Serving the Armed Forces community
The Poppy Factory supports veterans and their families on the path to employment.
The people we support can face some of the most challenging circumstances in the Armed Forces community, including barriers that make finding or staying in work more difficult.
Each year, our specialist team helps hundreds of people build confidence, overcome challenges and take positive steps forward — on their own terms.
If you’ve served in the Armed Forces, are a family member of someone who has, or know someone who could benefit from our support, choose one of the services below to find out more, register or make a referral.

If you’ve served in the Armed Forces you have a health condition, our Veterans Employment Service can support you on the path to employment.

If you’re a family member of a veteran, our Families Employment Service can help you take the next step towards a brighter working future.
If you'd like to build your confidence, learn new skills and become more job-ready, our short, free residential course might be for you. Next course: November 23-27, 2026.

If you’re experiencing isolation, loneliness or health challenges that are making it difficult to move towards employment, Navigator could help you start to move forward through activities and training.
