Younger audiences have much to learn and enjoy from a visit to The Poppy Factory. Our expert hosts cater to all age groups from primary school age to young adults. We can adapt your visit so your group gets the best experience.
During your visit you'll discover our role in Remembrance and our special relationship with the Royal family. Our expert host will take you for a tour through our exhibition where you'll have the opportunity to get hands on making wreaths and poppies lead by a veteran from our production team. The exhibition is interactive with tablets and real-life artefacts, including medals from our founder, Major George Howson, from the First World War.
For school age visitors we have a treasure hunt with clues to find throughout our exhibition. Our expert hosts will also do an interactive presentation catered to the age of the group.
Children's groups should have an accompanying adult ratio of 1:6. The youngest age we can cater to is 7 (Key stage 2).
If you'd like to get in touch for more information you can email visit@poppyfactory.org and someone from the team will be in touch. If you're ready to book follow the links below.
