Choose a date to visit The Poppy Factory
Join us as we celebrate 100 years in Richmond, with a programme of weekly discovery sessions.
Today, our charity helps hundreds of members of the Armed Forces community on the path to employment across England and Wales. Funds raised through our visitor centre go towards our employment support, helping veterans and families to become healthier, more independent, more resilient and better connected.
Our discovery sessions are perfect for individual guests and small groups. Click on a date below to start your booking. You can choose to order tea/coffee and cake in advance with your ticket or on the day.

Our location
How to find us
The Poppy Factory is close to Richmond rail and Tube station, located at the end of the District line with fast train links from London Waterloo. Our visitor centre is a 15-minute walk from Richmond station, or you can catch the 65 bus from outside the station to the Compass Hill stop.
Our entrance is a sharp turn on Petersham Road, opposite a colourful poppy pedestrian crossing, a few hundred yards from Richmond Bridge.
We are unable to offer parking for individual cars or coaches but passengers can be set down by the coach at the entrance to our car park on arrival and collected after their visit.
Pay and display coach and car parking facilities are available at The Old Deer Park, Richmond (TW9 2RA), around 15 minutes’ walk from the factory and accessible from the A316. There are also NCP car parks available in Richmond town centre, around 10 minutes’ walk.
