Who we are

The Poppy Factory’s employability service supports wounded, injured and sick veterans back into meaningful and sustainable employment.

Our mission is to support veterans with health conditions on their journey into employment and to continue supporting them whatever challenges they may face.

Who we help

The Poppy Factory’s employment support is available to individuals who have served for one day or more in the Armed Forces or Reserves, and consider themselves to have any kind of physical or mental health condition.

A physical or mental health condition does not have to be attributed to Service, but to be eligible for support, veterans must be unemployed and no longer receiving Career Transition Partnership assistance.

Our vision
The contribution of all wounded, injured and sick veterans in the UK will be recognised and rewarded by meaningful and sustained employment. We owe it to them.

Our mission

The Poppy Factory will deliver an exemplar and specialist national employability service. Led from the iconic Poppy Factory in Richmond, the service will enrich our society by enabling wounded, injured and sick veterans to move into meaningful and sustained employment.
