Our expert hosts and volunteers will ensure your group enjoys a warm welcome and an experience to remember. The Poppy Factory is here for you to discover and explore.

We have group booking slots available at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 3pm each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, plus Friday mornings.

How to book

Group organisers can pay a £75 group reservation fee to hold a time slot for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 guests. Once the size of your group is confirmed, you will be invoiced for the payment balance, due no less than three weeks before your scheduled visit.

Ticket price

Tickets costs £15 per person for entry only or £22.50 per person for entry plus tea/coffee and cake.

For group visits, refreshments must be ordered in advance and must apply to the whole group.

Please note the café is only open for groups who have pre-ordered tea/coffee and cake.

The youngest age we cater for is 7 years old (key stage 2) and we kindly ask parents/group leaders to supervise their children at all times.
