We warmly welcome visitors on pre-arranged two-hour tours of the factory in Richmond, Surrey. The tours run at 10.30am and 2.00pm and are free for individuals or groups, up to a maximum of 35 people.
On the tour, enjoy a fascinating presentation, watch a film about the factory and our history, and make your own poppy. You will also be able to see some of the wreaths and poppies we have made throughout history, including for the Royal Family.

Although visits to The Poppy Factory are free, donations are very much appreciated as they help us continue our life-changing work supporting veterans with mental and physical health conditions into employment. Donate online, drop some money in a donation box during your visit or write a cheque made payable to The Poppy Factory. Thank you.
After November 2019, we will stop running tours due to planned refurbishment work of the factory, to make way for a new and improved visitor experience. If you wish to be notified when tour bookings become available after the building work, please email admin@poppyfactory.org.
The factory entrance is on Petersham Road opposite the Hobart Hall Hotel. Coaches are able to drop off passengers at the entrance of our staff car park. Parking is available at the Old Deer Park NCP pay and display, via the A316.
Public transport
The factory is a 15-minute walk from Richmond train station. Richmond train station is on the District Line, London Overground or main train line from Waterloo Station. The number 65 bus also runs from Kingston bus terminal to the Petersham Road, just by the factory entrance.
