From January to May 2019, we warmly welcome visitors on our prearranged, 2-hour tours of the factory in Richmond, Surrey.
The tours run twice daily and are free for individuals or parties of up to maximum of 35 people.
On the tour you will enjoy a fascinating presentation, watch an introductory film about the factory and our history, and make your own poppy. You will also be able to see some of the wreaths and poppies we have made throughout history including for the royal family.
A selection of souvenirs, including Poppy Factory china, is available to purchase at the end of the tour from our shop (credit cards accepted).
After May, we plan to stop tours due to refurbishment work. If you wish to be notified when tour bookings become available after the building work, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although visits to The Poppy Factory are free, donations are very much appreciated as they help us continue our veteran employment service. There are donation boxes at the factory so you can donate on the day of your visit, you can also donate online or alternatively, cheques made payable to The Poppy Factory, can be sent in the post.
