All the items in the auction have been donated by local businesses with the bidding opening on Monday 1st October.

The Poppy Factory in Richmond, not only employs around 30 disabled veterans it does vitally important work providing ongoing employment support for hundreds of other disabled veterans, helping to restore their financial independence through sustainable and rewarding work.

“Local businesses have generously donated some fantastic auction lots and we hope the Richmond public will be equally generous in bidding for them.”

All funds raised will go to supporting our work across England and Wales to help ex-Forces men and women with mental or physical health challenges find long-term, meaningful employment.

Deirdre Mills, Chief Executive of The Poppy Factory said: “We really appreciate the support of Be Richmond and all the local businesses who have contributed to this fantastic online auction. Their generosity will generate vital funds to help The Poppy Factory support many more wounded, injured and sick veterans back into work throughout the UK.”
