If you would like to visit us as a small group or individually, please book a ticket/tickets for one of our upcoming discovery sessions.
Our expert hosts and volunteers ensure a memorable experience for all our visitors, from community and social groups to schools and corporate teams. The Poppy Factory is here for you to discover and explore.
We have morning, lunchtime and afternoon slots available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, plus Friday mornings.
How to book
Organisers can pay a £75 group reservation fee to hold a time slot for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 guests. Once the size of your group is confirmed, you will be invoiced for the payment balance, due no less than three weeks before your scheduled visit.
Ticket price
Tickets costs £15 per person for entry only or £22.50 per person for entry plus tea/coffee and cake.
For group visits, refreshments must be ordered in advance and must apply to the whole group.
Please note the café is only open for groups who've pre-ordered tea/coffee and cake.
The youngest age we cater for is 7 years old (key stage 2) and we kindly ask parents/group leaders to supervise their children at all times during their visit.

Join us on Wednesday 28 May for a hosted discovery afternoon from 12:30pm to 2pm, when we’re open to individuals and small groups. Tickets cost £15 each – please follow the link below to book.
If you would like tea and cake on your discovery visit please also select the ‘order tea and cake’ option.
We advise children’s groups should have an accompanying adult ratio of 1:6 and that youngest age we can cater to is seven (Key stage 2).
