As a charity, we would be grateful if you could please pay in full at the time of booking. If this is not possible, visit organisers can pay a £75 group reservation fee to hold a time slot for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 guests.
Once the size of your group is confirmed, you will be invoiced for the payment balance which is due no less than three weeks before your scheduled visit. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to rearrange the date of your visit, we will do our best to offer an alternative slot within six months of your booking.
Please note, once a group booking is made, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to increase the size of your group at a later date.
Please choose only one ticket type (entry only or entry with tea break*) for your whole group. *Entry with tea break includes one cup of tea or specialty coffee and one serving of cake for each group member.
