Visit any day of the week - you choose

If you are looking to book as a small group or individual visitor please click here to see a list of discovery days we have available.

The expert hosts at our visitor centre create a fascinating experience for our visitors. From community outings and school trips to team-building and development sessions for military groups, The Poppy Factory is here for you to discover and explore.

How to book

Visit organisers can pay a £75 group reservation fee to hold a time slot for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 guests. Once the size of your group is confirmed, you will be invoiced for the payment balance which is due no less than three weeks before your scheduled visit.

Ticket price

Tickets costs either £12 per person (entry including VAT) or £18 per person (entry with tea break, including VAT). Entry with tea break includes one cup of tea or speciality coffee and one serving of cake for each group member. Please choose only one ticket type for your whole group.

Please note, for any visits from 1st October 2023 'Entry only' tickets will be priced at £14 (including VAT) and 'Entry plus tea break' will be £20 (including VAT). The £75 holding deposit for large groups will remain the same.

Rearranging your visit

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to rearrange the date of your visit, we will do our best to offer an alternative slot within six months of your booking.

We advise children’s groups should have an accompanying adult ratio of 1:6 and that youngest age we can cater to is five (Key stage 1).

By completing your booking to visit The Poppy Factory’s visitor centre, you agree to accept our terms and conditions.

We are in the process of adding booking slots to our calendar from June onwards. If you would like to book a date in 2023 that isn't yet up on our system, please email with your preferred date and we will contact you to discuss availability.
