The Poppy Factory has been employing veterans with health conditions since 1922 at our factory in Richmond. Since 2010, we have also been helping veterans find the jobs they love all over the UK, while working with employers to make sure the veterans they hire thrive and adapt well to work outside of the Forces.
Our Employability Service
The Poppy Factory’s employability team works year round to support our veterans into jobs. From giving advice to ex-Service men and women, to supporting businesses, we have it covered.
If you are ex-Forces and a health condition is making it tough to find a job, we are here to help you. Read more about how we can support you.
An underlying health condition does not impact on a veteran’s drive and ambition to achieve. Find out what skills a veteran can bring to your work place.
Our team is here to help. Support is available to veterans with health conditions who are no longer supported by the Career Transition Partnership.
By partnering with The Poppy Factory, employees are contributing to supporting our amazing veterans back into work every day.

Our veterans’ stories
No two people’s experiences, skills or situations are ever the same. Complex health issues, such as PTSD or a physical injury developed during or after Service, can make it incredibly tough for veterans to find and sustain civilian work. That’s why the support we provide is tailored to suit each person. Meet our veterans
