There are just two simple steps to becoming a client of The Poppy Factory. Please note that you will automatically be instructed to move from Step 1 to Step 2.

Step 1: Registration Form

This contains the basic information we will use to contact you. You are also asked to provide details of you career to date, including any specialist skills. You also have the opportunity to upload any supporting documents such as your CV or copies of your service record and discharge certificates.

Step 2: Health & Wellbeing Form

This form is not intended to assess you, but to monitor our service provision. You will asked to complete a similar form upon leaving The Poppy Factory.

We will then pass your details onto the relevant caseworker, who will endeavour to contact you within two weeks of receiving your forms.
