The Poppy Factory now works together with many different organisations, companies and individuals and this is growing every week. We are always pleased to welcome new employers who value the importance of helping ex-Service personnel into work.

If you believe that you have an inclusive working environment and understand the highly valuable skills that ex-Service men and women have to offer, we would be very pleased to discuss our scheme in more detail.

Funding is potentially available for the first year’s employment, however we always seek sustainable employment which would continue after the funding year has elapsed.
