There are a number of employers all over Britain, who could offer wounded, injured and sick ex-Service men and women a life-changing job. This would enable them to support themselves and their families and enjoy the next phase of their lives. Having valiantly served their country, we think they deserve it.

The Poppy Factory is working towards a vision in which every wounded, injured or sick person who has served in HM Forces is enabled to return to paid and meaningful civilian employment.

Our Mission is

To create paid employment opportunities for wounded, injured or sick ex-Servicemen and women.

These opportunities are not only provided at The Poppy Factory, making poppies, crosses and wreaths. We sponsor wounded, injured and sick ex-Service men and women into work with a large number of host employers throughout the UK.
