GaryEx Royal Army Medical Corp Gary joined the army in 1983 and served until 2002. An injury to his leg resulted in multiple operations. Gary saw a job advertised for a disabled ex-Service man with medical experience. The Poppy Factory funded the job at Druids Polo Club, where he continues to be their medic and timekeeper. Gary said, “It was the ideal job that pushed me in the direction I wanted to go, to have my own medical company. During the time with Druids, I developed my business plan and started to look for other clients so I could continue to work with Druids and take on new staff for elsewhere. The Poppy Factory was just the help I needed.”
Gary has recently taken on John, another wounded ex-Service man, powered by The Poppy Factory.
