The Poppy Factory works with ex-Service men and women of all ages and service history, who are wounded, injured or sick. Our aim is to get you back into work and we achieve this by working together with organisations and providing funding towards your first year’s employment, if necessary. Our Approach Whatever your medical condition, if this is perceived as a blocker for you getting into work, we will help. From the moment you contact us, we will be working with you to source suitable and sustainable employment. We work closely with employers in all sectors and geographic locations to source roles. We have developed strong partnerships with national organisations to provide further employment opportunities. Click here to view our current vacancy list. Our Support However much support you would like, we will always endeavour to provide it. We pride ourselves on the individual approach we take with our highly experienced caseworkers. As an overview, the key ways that we can support you are by: • Enabling you to understand your valuable skills and experience to: • Developing your CV and providing interview skills support • Providing mentors through our corporate mentoring scheme • Sourcing and advertising job opportunities gained through our network and funding • Proactively contacting relevant employers if there are not suitable existing vacancies • Creating a personal development plan once employment has been found to ensure that you get the most out of your initial year’s employment • Ensuring that the transition runs smoothly into a permanent role after the first year’s funding Next Steps Please fill in the registration form.
